My room was super clean and well maintained during my trip. The front desk agent upgraded my room and trust me it was a fantastic surprise.

The hotel is situated in a busy part of town. The rooms were not soundproof enough considering all the nearby noise.

The lobby offers complimentary coffee every morning, a detail I especially valued. The French restaurant features excellent meals and a warm atmosphere. The hotel provides valet parking , a very comfortable and helpful amenity.

broken air conditioning poor service

The air conditioning was BROKEN. I reported this to reception, and they said it would be repaired shortly. The room was cool within hours, but it became hot again the next afternoon. I complained a THIRD time, and the staff just apologized.
